Mission Statement
At 11th House, our mission is to amplify neurodivergent ideas and voices, fostering a brighter and more inclusive future for humanity. We are dedicated to publishing both fiction and non-fiction works created by individuals who identify as neurodivergent, celebrating the richness of their perspectives and experiences. We aim to challenge societal norms, inspire empathy, and drive positive change by bringing these unique narratives to the forefront of literature and discourse.
Our commitment extends beyond the pages of our books; we use our revenue to support neurodivergent initiatives. Our goal is to empower neurodivergent individuals not only as authors but also as leaders and innovators within their communities. By investing in educational programs, advocacy efforts, and outside-the-box projects, we aim to create a more equitable and compassionate world.
We are a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization so all donations are tax-deductible. How about that? :)

Vision Statement
Our vision is a world where neurodivergent perspectives and ideas are celebrated and integrated into the cultural mainstream, leading to a more inclusive and compassionate society in which innovative solutions to community issues are given the attention and resources they need to thrive.
.
Inclusive and Empathetic
Focused on publishing neurodivergent voices, our process must be inclusive and mindful of the needs of neurodivergent authors, from submission to publication and beyond.
Here are some of the things we will implement:
Use of sans-serif and neuro-friendly fonts in print and digital.
Streamlined submission guidelines that are not overly fiddly.
All submissions will receive a response.
Open-minded and nonjudgmental team that is ready to accommodate specific needs as they arise.
Aiming for the Stars.
Part of being inclusive, empathetic, and building a better society starts with paying our people well.
Authors are to be given generous advances and profit percentages, with every effort made to streamline and accommodate neurodivergent needs and communication styles.
Our team will likewise receive competitive pay and accommodations.
Utilization of freelance workers will allow for remote work and maximum flexibility.
While it is not a requirement that you are neurodivergent to work with us, we will work to cultivate a versatile environment for everyone's needs.
